College is really difficult, like 12x more difficult than high school, at least for me. Haha. But it’s definitely do-able and worth it in the long run.

All of those “shoulds” are confusing to the mind because we naturally go for what we “should not” do.

However, if you want to be healthy, you can try to lose weight, if you feel you want to for your health. :)

I will tell you that you are on the lowest end of the healthy weight range for your height, so from my point of view, you are good!
